A lot of couples make the same mistake regarding the wedding menu – they try to impress their guests with exotic foods. But often, this works backward. And it’s much cheaper to serve the local seasonal food than something exotic. Sure, you can have one or two exotic dishes but not more.

Saudi traditional weddings differ a lot from Western-style marriage ceremonies. The main and most unexpected difference is that Saudi couples often have separate wedding celebrations for the groom’s and the bride’s side. At the end of the evening, they join efforts and continue to celebrate together, but first, each side parties separately.

So, give your wedding guests enough time to awww! and cry and enjoy looking at your dress and feel the atmosphere of the event.
