We’re sure most of you haven’t even thought about it, but when you’re cutting your wedding cake – if you want this ritual to be filmed or photographed – you should pick the right place to do it. Often, a couple doesn’t have much of a choice in this matter. Although if you do, think beforehand about your cake cutting ceremony, talk with your wedding photographer, pick the best location – for example, a table near a floor to ceiling window or next to a wall embellished with floral wedding décor, etc. Definitely not near the backdoor of your venue or some service room. Remember, the background will show in the photos.
