If you’re having an official wedding ceremony with the aisle and seats (no matter whether it’s a church wedding, a beach wedding, or something in between), remember to reserve the first 1-2 rows for your closest family and friends. Prepare special signs for that. Otherwise, people will seat themselves as they please, and, of course, most of them will want to be as close to the aisle as possible. So you might find yourself in a situation when guests you don’t even know or who aren’t so close to you occupy the first row.
